Recently I am getting 21 pages instead of 12 in the full detail of Encore Pro. Every other page is blank. I am getting all the info but don't understand why all of a sudden I'm getting all these blank pages. Anyone have this problem or know how to eliminate the blank pages. Thanks.

The reports are confusing at times. You get a summary page for every day so each report that covers more days will have more pages. Blank pages may be a printing setup. Are the pages blank or do they have any header or footer info like "normal" pages. Check your printer options - look for "fit to page" or "print on one page"
I did not try to print the pages so they have nothing to do with the printer setup. The pages are on the screen in Encore Pro. I have not saved any of the reports to .pdf files. I have been using the program for more than a year and this is the first time it has happened. I'm still getting all the reports but the blank pages just seem a nuisance. If it stays that way I can live with it but just wondered why it is just now presenting itself like that. Thanks for the help.
