Encore Pro and blank pages

Recently I am getting 21 pages instead of 12 in the full detail of Encore Pro. Every other page is blank. I am getting all the info but don't understand why all of a sudden I'm getting all these blank pages. Anyone have this problem or know how to eliminate the blank pages. Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand.....

Are the blank pages on your screen (like in Encore Pro) or coming from your printer?

Are you saving your Encore Pro reports to .pdf files?

The reports are confusing at times. You get a summary page for every day so each report that covers more days will have more pages. You still get a couple pages for the overall statistic but several weeks are no more than one week on those.

Blank pages may be a printing setup. Are the pages blank or do they have any header or footer info like "normal" pages. Check your printer options - look for "fit to page" or "print on one page"

I did not try to print the pages so they have nothing to do with the printer setup. The pages are on the screen in Encore Pro. I have not saved any of the reports to .pdf files. I have been using the program for more than a year and this is the first time it has happened. I'm still getting all the reports but the blank pages just seem a nuisance. If it stays that way I can live with it but just wondered why it is just now presenting itself like that. Thanks for the help.
