man I'm getting so much air in my stomach overnight, the burps are at Frat Party levels and it's even a bit painful overnight and in the morning.
That's because your current settings are so high all night long. It's called aerophagia. Do a search of the forum for aerophagia discussions. Common problem.
This one one of the reasons I suggest lower minimums....less chance of you getting all that excess air in your gut.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

The elbow/quick disconnect bit for this mask though is very noisy though and blows air right into my eyes. The charts look like it was super leaky which is interesting because I tested the fit at a pressure of 22 to make sure it wasn't going to blow out, but that elbow lets air free flow so I'm not sure a leak rate of 0 is even possible with this mask?
When properly connected, ResMed's quick disconnect elbow is super quiet and does not blow air into your eyes. Granted, I've never checked it at a pressure of 22, but I'm pretty sure It must have been not connected properly.

I have the identical on my F30 mask. Nothing could be quieter. Try snapping it on and of a few times - the air coming out of it is diffused gently.
And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

I've heard that the F30 elbow works on the F20 Mask, right now I have this F20 elbow which doesn't have that cover. Maybe I try to get one of those elbows.

Available on Amazon, and the ResMed link I posted clearly says it's the same filter for both masks.
The cover is important.

&c:
1. Your approach to therapy looks to be The DWing Method (Dial Wingin'-- arbitrarily selecting modes and pressures and hoping for the best). Better idea is to figure out what you want to fix and adjust stuff accordingly.
2. EPAP is used to treat Obstructive Apneas. Since in the data presented you don't have any your EPAP is probably way too high.
3. Hypopneas and FLs are treated with IPAP (or PS-- same thing).
4. If your machine only offers a limited amount of fixed PS I don't think you're ever going to get optimal therapy.
5. The first part of 1.20.24 is a mess, but I think you were awake the entire time. Data on low pressure with unambiguous sleep would be very helpful.
6. Pressure requirements change with sleep stage and body position (and a bunch of other stuff) so people who look for/claim to have found the "sweet spot" need to be shot.
7. A problem is a problem only if it's a problem.

8. You've got a bit of FL, but some of it you sleep right through. Does every FL need to be bludgeoned to death? Permissive FL is something to keep in mind (i.e., if 20 cmH2O treats all the FL but aerophagia becomes intolerable, consider a little give/take.
9. Image #1 is a problem (pseudo-technically a RERA). The FL causes an arousal. Those FLs should be treated.
10. Image#2 shows resolution of FL w/pressure.
11. See what your sleep guy recommends. Will probably want a baseline NSPG, or perhaps do a split-study. May end up with a BiPAP Titration (BiPAP BiPAP BiPAP BiPAP BiPAP)(inside joke). If CPAP to 10 cmH2O doesn't fix all the issues then titration moves to BiPAP.
12. IDK what machine you'll end up with. For Her or Dreamstation algorithm be a better approach? (Insert clever closing line here,)
