Low Leak Error Message

Post by karenandcollins » Sat Apr 29, 2023 2:51 pm

My husband overfilled his water container. Ever since he's had problems. I dried everything, even ran a hair dryer on it. It's still getting the low leak error message & I have no idea what else to do to get it working. He needs this to work. thanks for your ideas

What type of CPAP (manufacturer and model)?
What is the exact error message?
How long ago did he overfill it? An hour, a day, a week?
Have you unplugged it, eft it for a few minutes and re-plugged in?
Have you reattached everything properly, tight and seated properly? Hose to machine? Hose to mask? Humidifier?

it's a Philips dreamstation 2. it was overfilled 1 night. I have tried for 2 days to get it working right. I have unplugged everything for several hours. I also unhooked the hose & the mask, and tried a new hose. And I turned the hair dryer on it. I have tried using it with & without the humidifier on. Everything is hooked up tight & correctly.

that's ok. at least you tried. Good news. After everything I did yesterday, it finally worked last night. So thankful for that. But I told my husband, he really needs to be careful how much he puts in that stupid water container. Thanks everyone for your input.
