IF you don't know the answer to the actual question, why are you even posting? Seriously.
... Because I know from long experience that people often ask the wrong question; I've seen it many times. Some people accept advice and get on a better track. And some stubborn people get hung up on the wrong question to their own detriment.
You received some very good advice (especially about the AS) that did not directly answer your question. If you want to have tunnel vision, then feel free to continue down the narrow road you are set on.

In September, I was in search of a DME that had a ResMed Autoset 10 or 11 available and I called several locations in my area, and everybody told me that they were difficult to order and estimated 3 to 6 months, but no guarantee of that time frame.
I finally decided to have my order for my new autoset to be sent to a DME that I had ordered some supplies from and they were able to place my order within one month. The DME representative finally told me that my sleep doc only got resmeds and they had a number of their supply allotted for my doctor's patients.
I think I could have gotten it sooner, but the DME had a serious shortage of personnel and many orders to fill (I reminded him that technically I had really been waiting since February but they had inadvertently dropped my order due to turnover of personnel).
All that to say, is that to find a DME that accepts insurance that has an Autoset 11 readily available it an Extremely Rare Find!
