Airsense 10 CPAP
I have been using a CPAP for a year. Used a philips until the recall. Now I have a Resmed airsense 10. My settings have been 4-10 for ages. Recently I replaced my full face mask resmed F20 and now I feel like I haven't used my CPAP. Groggy, rapid heartbeat, waking up multiple times a night. I have tried sleepyhead and oscar but not sure oscar loads right. I will try to attach my files.

Welcome! Did you use the same make and model of mask earlier and just replace it with a new one? Or did you use a different make and model of mask earlier?
It would be helpful if you would post screenshots of two daily charts, one from a crummy night and one from an earlier good night. Please include the left panels and these graphs:
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks
Flow limitations
Snores.

An Airsense 10 what?
97% chance of that setting being too low.

First of all, if you had success with a particular mask, you should stick with the same mask. With a few oddball exceptions, any mask can be used with any machine.
Second, you should be aware that each make has a different pressure adjustment algorithm. Sometimes, the same make might change the algorithm between models as well. A different setting might work better with a different make.
BTW, I stopped using my Dream Station 1 Aprilish, and finally got a Dream Station 2 as a replacement Septemberish. I used an old machine from years ago during the interim that provided no stats.
The machine cam not set to my prescription. However, I figured out how to set it, and I really don't see a difference from the old one. As for the interim machine, I can't say, but I really felt OK for the most part.
