If you sleep on your back, a knee-lift pillow should prevent sliding.

Yeah i sleep on my back i should get one of those and see if it helps as i tried two pillows under my knees but it was uncomfortable and still i was sliding down

The angle can't be determined from the height alone, but being other wedge pillows that high suggests an angle 24°. That's a lot steeper than mine. I would suggest a wedge pillow with less of an incline.
