There is no "S9" cpap. That's like saying "The Ford is a good machine", well, some are, some aren't,zorki1c wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 12:34 pmThe S9 is a good machine. The features aren’t that much different than the A10. If you don’t have insurance to cover a machine, if you can pick up an S9 for $100 it would be a good way to go. $700? Don’t think so. It’s like folks who paid $1,500 for a new computer five years ago and think it should still be worth $1,000 because it wasn’t used much.
As Pugsy pointed out, "S9" is a whole generation of machines, over 13 different types, especially if you count international models, I have four different ones here, ranging from fairly cheap and basic to very expensive and advanced.
There's a list of most of them here: wiki/index.php/CPAP_models
Nobody can say anything about what a Resmed S9 [something] might be worth without knowing what the [something] is.
Is it an Escape? then it's virtually worthless, is it an Autoset? maybe $150, is it a VPAP Auto? $300, an Adapt 36037? $400+ a Lumis Tx? those are rare and do everything....
And they're ALL "Resmed S9"
Add that to the fact that the OP actually advertised the *HUMIDIFIER* not the cpap itself, (yes, the H5i is just the humidifier module) and ... well, not a lot of money for that.
