last night I tried to switch back to my nose pillow mask and using a mouth strap.
I had better sleep but I think I had few leaks.
My fitbit was showing an excellent 90 score that I have never achieved before but it did show a high Oxygen variation round 2-3 a clock.

HI all,
Thank you all for your support. Last night I set my mask tighter and that solved the mask leaks. This is the first time I get an AHI below 5 on my dream station.
So to summarize what I needed to do :
_ Changed the pressure from 6-8 to 8-20
_ I switched back to nasal pillow mask and mouth strap for better comfort and less air leaks.

Hi all,
What ever I do seems to make my problems worse.
Please see attached the analysis from the two previous nights.

I am starting to believe that my main issues is swallowing air during my sleep. I often wake up burping in the middle of the night.
I think I am sensitive to CPAP high air pressure that is causing me not to stay asleep at night but also to have several day issues including stomach issues and heart racing.
I usually fall asleep the first two hours but than my sleep is disturbed for the rest of the night.(accumulated air in stomach?)
I wake up exhausted and I spend part of the day burping feeling nausea and extremely tired. I try to walk one hour per day and than I notice that i burp a lot during walking.
My mother was diagnosed with Roemheld syndrome (syndrome where maladies in the gastrointestinal tract or abdomen are found to be associated with cardiac symptoms like arrhythmias and benign palpitations.), and I am starting to suspect that I do not only have that but the CPAP is aggravating my condition.
Do you guys have experience with similar situations ? Could you please give me some advice?

You could try increasing the Flex exhale relief setting to max of 3 and see if it helps with the belly issues or not.
If it doesn't you need to be talking to your doctor about maybe a different machine that offers more exhale relief so lessen the chance of the aerophagia issues being such a problem.

Hi Pugsy
My Flex levels are as follows :
Flex Level 3
Flex Lock On
Flex Mode C-Flex

is that what you mean by "Flex exhale relief setting to max of 3"
if so that means I am already at the maximum settings

Why did you lower the max setting from 20 to 11? It is known that a high min. setting can cause aerophagia, but the max setting does not as far as I know.

Well shoot...I thought it looked like Flex at 1.

Try changing it to AFlex at 3 instead of CFlex at 3 and see if it helps or not. Probably will be the "or not" thing but worth a try.

Also try changing the settings themselves...keep your existing minimum but lower the max to 9 cm and lets see what happens. You don't spend much time above 9 but maybe it is enough to feed the aerophagia monster. I know it's a tight range but lets try it and see what happens in terms of AHI and events as well as belly issues.

We are fast running out of options.. gotta run...doctor appt.
