I've noticed wearing a mask outside has decreased my congestion problems. I wonder how long I'll be able to do that and not get strange looks. :)

For congestion, I use Fexofenadine and Flonase in the morning, and Nasacort in the evening. Sometimes supplemented with saline spray, Xlear, Xlear Max, Neo- Synephrine Regular Strength, or Afrin 12 hour. Whatever it takes to get the job done.
I've been doing salt water snorting.... Afrins out. I haven't layed down all day... so I'm clear as we speak. No sad movies for me for awhile.

Yeah, Afrin is bad business, but better than not sleeping if it comes to it. I actually dilute the Afrin to about 25% strength with saline spray. It still works for me and I don't get dependent on it. Xlear is a step above saline spray, and the sweet taste is more pleasant. Xlear Max is like sticking a cayenne pepper straight into your brain, but you won't get dependent on it.

I Believe, yesterday it burnt holes in my Foil Hat, I had left it on my Bedpost. My chewing gums lost it's taste also, it was under the hat. Jim

I just wanted to know if it effects sleep patterns.... is more like it. I'll change the subject title
Just to be clear, unless you are close enough to a high voltage transmission line to actually be within it's magnetic field, EMF cannot be having any effect on your sleep patterns, at all. Anxiety from the current pandemic is another story. Interruptions to your normal routine, perhaps. An increase in alcohol or caffeine. Or a decrease. :,-)
People sleep in FMRI machines, with magnetic fields many orders of magnitude higher than anything even around high tension lines.

Some people are unexplainably sensitive to the faintest sounds---or "something" . . .
We know that some wildlife seem to sense the earth's magnetic fields--or do they?
Wishful thinking . . .

About a third of humanity apparently has the genetic capacity to discern magnetic orientation, but since we haven't been taught how, or we've divorced ourselves so far from our environment, we've lost the knowledge of how to teach the use of it to those with the capacity.

Also, all of Earth's creatures have been steeped in a range of EMF "forever", so it's actually a natural part of the environment. For all we know, stripping our living environment (our homes/offices) from EMF might be as difficult as trying to strip your body of normal body flora. Difficult and ridiculous at best, dangerous at worst.

wow...what a bag of help you got !!

My biggest dilemma I have is a sturdy chin strap that won't shift in my sleep, I'm doing pretty good with congestion.
