Is there something in the scented wipes that would harm the mask?
Probably not. (It's safe for a baby's hiney)
The fragrance may be unpleasant to inhale for an extended time.
(Nose and rear are quite a ways apart--even on a baby)

I love the scent of the orange or lemon wipes. I would not want anything that smells like flowers or most perfumes. Some people just want no scent at all.

Only a tiny percentage of the microbes around us are capable of harm.
Most contribute to the biome that is necessary for life.
Some are essential to maintain our immunity.
The children of clean freaks are the most likely to succumb to normally survivable ailments,
due to their compromised immunity. "Thanks, Mom!"
Cleanliness may be next to godliness, but it could also put you on the fast track to the hereafter.
