Yes...the other machine that will go to 25 is a bilevel machine.

BiPap is just a marketing term for Respironics machines that will do bilevel.

There are several different kinds of bilevel machines....some are just essentially like the apap machine but will go higher and other bilevel models take care of special needs.

You only need the regular bilevel machine...you don't need one of the really special models that are used for specific special needs.

Increased the min pressure to 15 with no positive results. AHI was 11 last night and my mask was leaking all over, I think I had it too loose, I use the Airfit P10. I also feel very dehydrated today, which happens to me a lot when I use high pressures. I also forgot to put the SD card back in my machine so I do not have data from last night ugh. I feel okay overall, except this morning I accidentally spilled coffee all over my pants and shirt haha, had to run to Target and buy new clothes! Oh well.

Have you tried out a cervical collar?
Almost all your apneas are clustered, it's quite possibly from chin tucking.
Chinstraps in my experience make this worse as they force the jaw back.
With luck the collar might resolve these and allow for a lower pressure instead.
Have you tried a full face mask?
