First time OSCAR sleep screen post....
Re: First time OSCAR sleep screen post....
The last couple of nights with the min pressure @ 10, and the EPR @ 3. This is the best setting for me thus far. Very easy for me to drift off to sleep, almost like I'm not wearing the mask. I really do like the EPR setting now. Amazing that just bumping it up one notch makes all the difference.

Re: First time OSCAR sleep screen post....
If you take a look at the Jan 16 graph, now that your Flow Limitation has been cleaned up, you can see some clustering, repeating every 90-120 minutes or so. With the clustering there is an increase in pressure.
This suggests your apnea might be slightly worse during REM sleep. Not a big deal, that's true for many of us, and that's one of the benefits of auto adjusting machines.
You're enjoying better sleep and better numbers. If you're comfortable, you may want to consider edging up you minimum pressure. But you're definitely approaching the point of diminishing returns.
If it were me, I'd bump it by 0.2 or 0.4 for a week, look for a flatter trace and improved AHI, until no more improvements or less comfort.

Thanks for the advice. I'll make the adjustment and check the results.Dog Slobber wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2020 10:45 amIf you take a look at the Jan 16 graph, now that your Flow Limitation has been cleaned up, you can see some clustering, repeating every 90-120 minutes or so.
