Same problem here, I get blown up like a balloon. But my machine has no such setting ( EPR).
If you have the right machine selected in your profile (Airsense 10 AutoSet), then it most certainly DOES have EPR.

If you want to use it, turn it on.

Ok, so I found the super-secret hidden menus. The doctors and the machine vendor sure didn’t want me to know they existed. We’ll see how tonight goes.

Here is the data from last night, I hope this image works. It seemed better with that EPR setting turned on. Thanks for the help on this. I hope this is the simple fix.

Thanks for the tips. I've using my CPAP machine for over 2 years and thought the flatulence issue was just a new part of life. I started doing abdminal crunch exercises in the morning to relieve the gas/air and it's helping my stomach as well?

I try to prop my head up on pillows. Kind of chin on chest kind of this.
You gotta do what you gotta do, but here is something to be aware of.

1. A sleeping position with chin down toward chest makes the airway more subject to collapse and blockage. Some of us even wear foam cervical collars to hold the chin up for better airway patency.

2. When sleeping (or sitting or walking), the entire spine should be kept in a straight line. This helps prevent serious problems with the spine. In bed, a pillow height should be selected that will keep the spine in a nearly straight line all the way up the neck.
