Are these images better? No I do not have any incline to my bed. I try to prop my head up on pillows. Kind of chin on chest kind of this. I will check your option out. Thanks again.

Please read the first topic in the announcements section titled “newbies please read......”
Then pay special attention to number 4 and in it is a link to examples for how to show which graphs.

Turn on EPR exhale relief and set it to the maximum of 3. Right now it appears there is no exhale relief being used.
Report back to me tomorrow as to how the belly did along with a detailed report following the format I showed in that number 4 link.

If we don’t have enough relief using available exhale relief of 3 then we will see about limiting the max tomorrow.
You can keep the minimum of 5 for right now.

Thanks I will review that post for how to post these images,

I thought my EPR was set to three. I will recheck my machine, The Oscar program shows it being turned off.

Once I look into this a little bit more I will let you know.

Thanks again.

Here is the data from last night, I hope this image works. It seemed better with that EPR setting turned on. Thanks for the help on this. I hope this is the simple fix.

Same problem here, I get blown up like a balloon. But my machine has no such setting ( EPR). It does, however, have a setting I didn’t know about, the type of mask. It was set to nasal, so I changed it to full face.

Your machine does have EPR settings, it's just not available in the user mode options, you'll need to go into clinician mode change it.

That is correct you have to go into clinical mode. If you do a search, it is also in the manual on how to do this. The setting is in there. So far this has helped me but this is just one night. Time will tell.

As the manual states:
Pressure Relief*

When Pressure Relief is enabled, you may find it easier to breathe out. This can help you get used to therapy.

*When enabled by your care provider
Mine is not enabled. I’ll ask when I go next time.

Why are you quoting the manual at us?

How do you think clinicians enable EPR?

They do so by going into clinician mode on the machines, which most of us do ourselves. As I said, your machine has the settings, you just don't know how to get to it. You can quote the user mode manual all day long, that doesn't change the fact that your machine also has a clinician mode that is trivial to use.

From clinician mode, you can also turn on Essentials Plus, which enables partial access to EPR in user mode, which is what the manual entry you quoted is referring to.

the info to do so is in the clinicians manual. those are available for download at apneaboard.com.

good luck!
