Re: APAP user with an AHI that's all over the map.
I just purchased a used ResMed AirSense 10 with 51 hours of use for $150, I don't know that the results are that much better but there are a bit more setting and a minimum pressure of 9 seems a bit more tolerable with this machine I can increase the pressure by .2 instead of .5.

"airsense 10" is not a machine. What does it say on the front, all the words?SmallCityDave wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 7:46 amI just purchased a used ResMed AirSense 10 with 51 hours of use for $150, I don't know that the results are that much better but there are a bit more setting and a minimum pressure of 9 seems a bit more tolerable with this machine I can increase the pressure by .2 instead of .5.

Any input on changes? I feel decent but the AHI is creeping up but I have been sleeping longer.

Raise your minimum pressure to 10. You are spending much of your night at ten or higher.
