Re: Sleep help
I made the changes recommended by palerider. Woke up in the night (maybe b/c of lower back discomfort) and tossed and turned with the mask on for a while before I took it off.
BUT for the period that I was asleep with the mask on, my flow limits looks better!

Re: Sleep help
In For Her mode Flow Limitation always looks worse than in standard mode, why I don’t know but if your AHI is trending downward how are you feeling don’t obsess over numbersmorpheustakethewheel wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2019 7:17 amDangit. Flow limits are hairy again.

I feel all right today. Maybe I should give it a few more days and then look at the data ...

Re: Sleep help
But speaking of AHI trends, this is weird.
ETA: Please disregard. Looking at the other data I guess I put the SD card in right around mid-March (this year) because for some of the charts there's just nothing before then.

Re: Sleep help
it's not easy to be patient at this stage of the game. we are eager to get on with the therapy and get those good results we are told it will bring. or at least I*I was!morpheustakethewheel wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2019 12:44 pmI feel all right today. but by being patient, you can start seeing trends over the long haul. try not to be discouraged if your ahi from one night blows up and gets huge again. just try to realized that good things come to those that wait.
it's good that you are feeling better. keep it in mind as you plod along.
good luck!
