The color is black. Is this the new one or old one?

The Respironics' little ball piece on the headgear for ComfortLite 2, that need to be slid though a small groove drives me nuts. Even with practice, I can't get it in easily and to get it out is even worse.
betty, I'm just curious, because I too have a Comfort Lite 2...I've never found a need to do anything with that part of the headgear. What type of adjustments are you making, and for what purpose? Please enlighten - never know, it could be beneficial.

Thanks!

Is the newer exhaust add much to the improvements, or is it mainly due to the headgear?

In my opinion, majority of the improvement is tied to the new grey headgear. I absolutely get no leaks whatsoever since I started using this grey headgear with the Hybrid. With the old black headgear, the nasal pillows popped out occassionally and I had to re-adjust.

I am talking about the release clip that has a ball on the end of the ComfortFULL 2 - sorry, I named the wrong mask. The clip has to be turned on its side to be pulled out in order to release the headgear from the mask - and pulled away from your mask, so that is in the opposite direction of where you want to pull to get the mask off.

I find it extremely challenging and certainly not a quick release, if I need to get out of the mask quickly.
