You have to open the profile you have chosen before you can see any details or do anything with it.

Well...at least I got one posted, even if I did it twice

Will try again tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to get my AHI lower? It was as 0.02-.0.09 the first 2 months, and is now up to 1.0-1.60. Thanks...

Your running fixed pressure of 11 you may have more consistent ahi with setting your machine to a range of pressures

I’m not the person to answer the question about pressure, but I had a couple of thoughts.
Your leaks are less than they were, right? But they could be better, and maybe less disruptive. Are you still using the P 10? Do you think it moves around at night, or does your mouth open?
For what it’s worth, I’ll have several weeks of very low AHI, and then it’ll go up and stay over 1.0 for a couple of weeks, then drift back down. (For me, it’s mostly centrals that come after a mini-arousal.). I can never identify a reason, and I’ve now seen it often enough not to worry about it.
But if a change in your pressure settings could kill off those hypopneas, go for it!

Thank you for your responses. I use the P10 nasal pillow mask. I also have a Phillips Dreamware Gel nasal pillow mask, but I find it leaks worse than the P10. I am slowly raising the pressures to what palerider said. I still have leak problems....will try taping my mouth (I did for the first month or so) and see if that slows down the leaks. Will try to send new Oscar reports...my friend was here last Saturday and helped me, but now I think I have missed a step, so will work on it. I am starting to be less tired. I do have other medical issues (had a cerebellar stroke 12/31/18, had carotid surgery 1/12/19, pneumonia after that, then told me I needed the sleep study. Got my machine on 6/24/19. So am trying to fix a lot!)

Are you using the attachment feature on the forum editor?

Remember, you have to upload it in the 'attachements' tab, then use the 'place inline'.

Yes pugsy am using attachment file in program. But all it does is upload my blank profile page...no information. I wrote down what my friend was doing...but she was going pretty fast, and had to try different things so I must have missed something
