Are you seeing the data, but it won't post? Or are you not getting the data to come up at all?

If seeing it, just do a screen shot. I use the snipping tool.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

You actually have to open the profile.

first off, congratulations on getting the screenshots, then posting them here. i'm completely serious about that. once you get your charts, you now know how to get them posted to the forum.

good work!

the next thing is to do as palerider says: open your profile. that's where all your goodies are!

you can do this. it's going to become something SO routine, you'll wonder why it seemed so hard at first.

good luck!

I see the charts...but when posting them that profile is the only thing that shows up. If I 'open' the file, nothing happens! When hubby gets home tonite will see if he can do something...I'm FRUSTRATED...but know with all your help, we will eventually get it done!!!

all right. i'm not sure what's going on. so i'm just going to go through through some of the steps.

i'm going to assume you are on a windows computer. if you are on a mac, then stop here because i know nothing about a mac.

okay. in order for the screenshot to be posted, you've obviously hit F12 which takes the screenshot and saves it. you've then exited oscar and gone to your documents folder. you've opened the oscar_data folder. you've then opened the screenshot folder.

in that folder, there should be many thumbnail sized images of the screenshots you've taken. they will include names with screenshot in the title.

pick on of those then do the attachment part just as you've done with the other screenshots you've posted.

btw, the screenshot of the chart will look like this-
screenshot-20190722-130755.png
i'm hoping that i've explained this satisfactorily. if not, ask and we'll see if we can get you there.

good luck!

Well, got beyond frustrated and gave up for awhile trying to get Oscar reports added. I have tried everything that you have all recommended, but to no avail. I have opened my profile, but my reports do not show up. The printed screen shows my name, equipment and nothing else. I f anyone has any other suggestions, I would appreciate it. I am not real computer literate, but this seems like it should be not hard to accomplish and I CAN'T get it done. Would like the guru's here to take a look at it. I have finally managed my leaks...and my AHI is normally under 1.0. My DME is useless and my dr. says I'm doing just fine.... Thanks in advance....have learned a lot from this forum & the great wealth of knowledge that is shared, making this new chapter of my life more bearable!

Exactly what model machine do you have?
Your equipment profile is showing a machine that doesn't off detailed graphs.

My machine is a Resmed AirSense 10 Autoset CPAP machine with Humidair Heated Humidifier. If I need to change in my profile, how do I do that? Can't believe I can't figure some of this out!

You go to your user account profile and there's a tab for "edit equipment"...then you scroll down to the R section and that's where you will find the
ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet
It's not up in the A section with the other AirSense machines.

Pugsy.
I bet by now you wish you received a dollar for every time you have had to say those words.
Just for the time I have been on here it would be substantial.
Someone needs to fix that (for you). Please.

Hopefully,
JPB

Or start giving you a dollar. :D

I have requested it be fixed. It wasn't and I can't do it myself. It is what it is.

Whoever is in charge of that list is the weakest link.
