Well, that explains a lot. You've never had a job where you had to do communication by email or other written forms. Some of the things you are posting would not be tolerated in an office environment. Here are some tips. Some of them you have already improved on.

- Nix to all caps.
- Nix to bold or strange fonts. Very rarely should bold be used to emphasize a word or phrase. Bad form to type my name in bold above.
- KISS Principle ---> Keep it simple stupid. If someone asks you what machine you use, tell them the manufacturer and model name. No need to paste in the serial number, date of purchase, where purchased and f@#&ing serial number and a damn bunch of hashtags along with your poodle's mother's name.
- Help people here or get help for yourself. Quit worrying about extraneous shit like avatars and functions of the forum that have not been implemented.
- KISS!

That was me talking about me.
It is a technique called sarcastic self denigration.
I do not take myself too seriously. Or anyone else for that matter.

How do Pulmonary Doctors, Pulmonogolists determinate when You as a Patient, let’s. Say, with a AHI of 30, Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Moderate: AHI 6 - 29, or Mild: AHI 0 - 5, and what Positive Airway Pressure, You would need?
Lets say a Patient uses 8cmH2O Thro 15cmH2O for Their AHI ??, how is this Determined?

Experimentation....either in an in lab titration sleep study or at home by monitoring results at various pressures.
