No response from OSCAR on first import

I recently purchased a CPAP machine (Weinmann Prisma Smart) and have used it now for 3 or 4 days. Now I want to see the data.
I found OSCAR, installed it (Windows 10 64-bit), and defined my profile. But when I try to import from my SD card by (pressing the CHOOSE button on the Import dialog after selecting the D drive) the dialog closes but I get no response, even after waiting 15 minutes.
I've verified that there is data on the card (one directory per day, plus a few more).
Windows' Task Manager lists it with a small values for both CPU percentage and disk IO.
Please help!

Someone check behind me, but I'm guessing Weinmann machines are not supported by OSCAR at this point

While it is in the list...it does not say "supported" by it...nor does it say not supported either and it has ???? after it.
So I am thinking not supported yet but maybe they are thinking about trying to get it to work.

Thanks all responders, I will post a suggestion as mentioned.
So if not OSCAR what sotware would you recommend that does support Weinmann machines now ? If there is no clear one front-runner I would appreciate a brief comparison of the leading candidates.

Only software that I know that works with any Weinmann is the software from Weinmann that doctors use and I don't know if they ever got around to letting the patients have access to that software.

I am sorry, I don't know what it is called or where you might find it.
