I'm just guessing here but I would expect there's no difference in the frame size between the "His" and "Hers" versions. Outside of that, different sized cushions absolutely fit the same frame. Anyway a few months from now it won't matter because you'll have grown sick of the F20 and will have a nice little scar on the bridge of your nose (like I have) especially having as tight as you say you do. The F20 was my starter mask and I still can't believe I used for as long as I did..which was bout 7 or 8 months. I tried the Airtouch, which in practice is really sweet at first but...I don't know, it never really took with me...just seemed kinda gimmicky.

F30 is still leading the pack for me. I do still try to give the others a chance and then get irritated with all the leaks and run right back.
I had to start somewhere. The F20 is one of the highest rated FFM's. Higher than the F30 in fact. I read all the reviews and saw a few people complaining of the irritation to the bridge of the nose but it was only one or two people out of a bunch. It may never be an issue if I can't stop this thing from moving up my face anyway. I do appreciate your input though.

I had leakage issues --- addressed with a pad-a-cheek anti leak strap.
Link please?
Also I see two masks in your signature. Do you mind me asking which mask you like better and why?
https://www.padacheek.com/product-page/ ... leak-strap I wear it a bit lower on my head than the photos show -- I would play around to get the best results. The strap is not elastic -- so you can crank down as much as (and more than) desired.

On balance, I prefer the Airtouch F20 over the Quattro Air. The AT is more comfortable, fits better, works with the anti-leak strap, and I really like the venting. The QA is easier to clean, a bit more durable, and is less prone to leaks (if I wasn't using the anti-leak strap). It is all personal preference....
Thanks for this info. Can't you just tighten the straps more to get the same effect as the anti-leak strap?

I can confirm that the F20 "unisex" and F20 "For Her" headgear both fit all the F20 masks - AirFit (silicone seal) & AirTouch (memory foam seal). I have all of it (trial and error 30-day return policy) and everything is interchangeable.
Thanks! The problem is that I need a small (for her) headband and a large cushion. As far as I can tell no such config exists on cpap.com.

You should be able to buy the headgear, the frame and the cushion separately in order to get the configuration you want. When in doubt, contact them directly and tell them what you are trying to accomplish. I’m sure they would be happy to accommodate you, and put together exactly what you are looking for.

For me, no. First the pad-a-cheek has no elastic. For me, this helps keep it stable when I move in my sleep. Second, it places the force right where the hose enters the mask. Finally, I can move where the strap goes around my head.

Check on eBay. I have purchased various cpap mask parts there cheaper than other places. You can either get the for her head gear or the small head gear which is the same size.

Yes honestly the same mask is $80 on eBay. I feel like I’m abusing the return insurance when I make the final purchase somewhere else but then again if the price was $80 on CPAP.com I’d make my purchase there.

In the meantime, how on earth do people keep this mask from ending up on their forehead? Mine moves up every time especially when the condensation gathers.

It sounds like your top strap is too tight. The tip of the head strap should be roughly an inch and half, maybe 2” from the edge of the available velcro. Then snug up the others in equal parts. You don't want it pulling more on one side than the other. Use a magic marker to make relative points to help tune the headgear.
Yay :D For no more diaphragm cramps and dozing off while driving!

How did you get those charts?
I have the same machine (and look at sleep results on the phone) but my charts are no where that detailed.

You might want to read this

Phone apps are pretty much useless for getting any details.

My F20 mask never 'scoots up', but I don't get (visible or noticeable) condensation in it either. It sounds like maybe your mask is too small or the straps are too tight?

I love my F20 but sometimes it makes a red mark the bridge of my nose so when that starts happening, I put moleskin on my nose at that spot when I go to bed. It was actually the F20 AirTouch memory foam cushion that give me a red bump so I switched back to the AirFit F20 silicone cushion which is gentler on me, and I wear the Pad-a-Cheek mask liner (I recommend to buy 2 liners so you always have a clean one on hand, just soak for a couple minutes in soapy water to wash).

I still recommend wearing a cervical collar along with a full face mask if you are a person like me who has a 'jaw dropping' problem. I wear the F20 every night with AHI around 1.5-2, but if I forget to wear my cervical collar on a particular night, my AHI shoots up to 15-18. Even though my mouth is completely covered (my mouth doesn't come out of the mask), the jaw drop causes some change in my throat, the airway is reduced somehow.

I put my F20 mask on loosely when I go to bed at night, but I usually wake up after about 4-5 hours for a while (before going back to sleep) and at that time, I really tighten up the lower 2 straps only. I guess my face compresses during the night (due to mask? not sure why) so I need it tighter towards the morning, else it starts leaking near the bottom sides if I move a lot.
