Sure, I'd go with 11 and see how it goes.
Turn up lower pressure setting on APAP?

Re: Turn up lower pressure setting on APAP?
I am thinking about turning my lower pressure from 12 to 13. I appreciate any advice! Thanks!

You may want to zoom out so we can see the pressure movement. Remove the Mask Pressure graph and display Snore and Flow Limitations.

Re: Turn up lower pressure setting on APAP?
What are you hoping to accomplish with the increase to 13?
If you are thinking it will reduce the CAs/centrals.....unlikely to achieve that result.

Re: Turn up lower pressure setting on APAP?
No, I was not thinking that increased pressure would reduce the CAs, just wasn't sure if I should be trying to reduce the remaining OA/H? Perhaps I am grasping at straws here
I have been at a min pressure of 12 for a few nights, but at 11 I have had many nights with an AHI less 5. Since I am new to the APAP life, just trying to figure out what a good goal might be. Thanks in advance!

Re: Turn up lower pressure setting on APAP?
I believe I sleep better when the pressure is at a min of 11. Perhaps I should just leave it there for a while? Or, will my body adapt to the higher pressure?

Re: Turn up lower pressure setting on APAP?
I would give it some time and not change anything since there is no urgent need to change anything and since you think you feel better at this minimum.
The bulk of your AHI is central and more pressure won't fix those anyway.
Once a person get close like this then it's best to give current setting a week or two to see if a pattern or trend develops.
Slower smaller changes in anything.
See what you feel like you sleep better with and how you feel during the day as well as number watching.
