I will give you two important tips:
1. Make sure you use chapstick or ayr gel every night before you don your CL2.
2. Get a lightweight strap (a pantyhose leg) to gently tie around the nasal pillows to hold them into place. If they don't move around, they won't hurt your nose as badly. I would say a headband, but they are usually too tight.
