And maybe lower PS to 5.4 or 5.6?
OK, I will do that in a few days. Last nights I have had less centrals with the very high trigger setting, but of course, its not enough data to make a conclusion. But, I do feel substantially better than a few weeks ago already. So a big THANK YOU to you, slowriter.
P.S.: It doesn't show my machine in my signature anymore. It's not in the list to choose from either.

I suspect a system software bug. Mine doesn't show either. I use the AirCurve 10 VAuto myself.
All equipment listed in that profile menu is tied to products that cpap.com sells and unless they have quit selling that model machine (which I seriously doubt) it's probably just a glitch in the system.
Nothing you can do about it but put it in the comments sections for now.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Hey, trying to figure out why I am sleeping worse again. Also getting other (worse?) flow rates. Are these even obstructive? Should I change increase EPap / Ipap? This was last night (pretty bad night):

If you haven't already, you might try changing the trigger setting to high or very high. I and others have found that this setting can mitigate reported CAs.
Do you know why it mitigates the centrals?

You aren't going to get much help from the data the machine is going to give you unless you want to learn how to zoom in on the flow rate and go hunting arousal breathing. UARS is more about arousals than it is how often the airway closes off enough to earn some sort of sleep apnea flagged event. The machine isn't really designed to flag arousals.
You can go here and watch the videos and learn about arousal breathing indicators and what it looks like.

Hey Pugsy, I don't think this link works anymore. If you have time, could you point me to another resource for how to spot arousal breathing? That would be super useful for me.

Yeah all those links over at Jason's are broken.
Sorry, no spare time. I am heading out the door right now for a special event tonight.
BUT Jason has that same video and explanation somewhere on one of his YouTube videos so if you stroll through them you can find it or maybe someone here has that video handy.
Good luck.

No worries, thanks for the pointer, I'll check it out!
