Your flow limitations are ugly...and we can't blame the ugly on a congested nose so we have to assumed airway flow reductions/limitations.

They might be enough to disturb your sleep...don't know for sure but I think given you don't feel rested and the FL graph is ugly I would try to reduce the FLs and see if you feel any better.

1 cm increase in pressure and see what happens.

There is always the possibility that something else might be disturbing your sleep and messing with sleep quality overall.
Something the machine can't fix because the machine can only fix airway related problems.
I speak from experience. My OSA is very well treated but my sleep quality is often crap because of back pain and when I have a bad night because of back pain...doesn't matter how many hours of sleep I get or if my AHI is 0.0....I am going to feel like crap the next day.

Increasing the EPR from 2 to 3 might help reduce the the flow limitations with the corresponding increase of 1cm of pressure

I did not see that you responded, sorry. here is my chart from last night. today was probably the best I have ever felt, but still do not feel one hundred percent. I took the EPR off or put it at one, so I will try putting it on 3 tonight. is there anything else I could change that could possibly benefit my sleeping?

should hear back from the doctor any day now about my new machine.
