Here are screenshots from my last 3 nights of sleep. Definitely comfortable with the 10 min pressure. Should I still consider bumping it up 1?

well, those numbers are looking good. of course, as we've already said, numbers aren't the whole story. (or maybe that was someone else i said that to?)

are you sleeping well? feeling more refreshed? that may take some time, so no big deal if you haven't gotten to that yet.

were i you, i'd bump the min up by one. as long as you aren't having any trouble breathing against the pressure, why not?

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

I would definitely say I feel more refreshed in general. Today I feel exhausted again but I'm sure that's an anomaly due to other circumstances. I feel that I've been sleeping well and getting more sleep in general overall.

No issues breathing with the pressure, doesn't seem to bother me at all.

Thanks for the input! Much appreciated!
