ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset just starts blowing at 10.1 pressure

I have a ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset and after traveling this week I plugged it in and instead of ramping up and leveling off it just spun and then blew air at 10.1 pressure all night. That didn’t work. Any way to troubleshoot or suggestions on fixing it? Company I bought from is out of business. Haven’t found retail option to buy.

Try unplugging it and letting it reset...

what do you mean "haven't found retail option to buy"?

Tried unplugging and replugging it back in - maybe wait longer? Retail to find replacement if I cannot get it repaired.

I assume that 10.1 is your prescription.

It sounds like your ramp somehow got turned off.

You said you have an Airsense 10, but your profile says AirStart 10. Are you sure that somehow it didn't get set to CPAP instead of AUTO? That would make it run at fixed pressure.

It is an autosense 10 Autoset.

No - 10.1 is just where he seems to pressurize to. So instead of stabilizing at 6.0, 7.4, etc...it just all of suddem starts blowing at 10.1 consistently. I verified everything is set to auto.

I’ll verify my equipment in my profile as I may have picked wrong one.

Try going into the clinical menu and do a factory reset, then set your pressures to what they should be.

How do I reset / find clinical menu. I have sleep report and clinical options but don’t see reset.

clinical menu, configuration, restore defaults.

You said you verified that everything was set to auto...Then you must know how to access the clinical menu, ?????

Okay - so my home screen options are my options and sleep report. I click on my options and ramp time, climate Ctrl, tube temp, all say auto. I went into each and moved them back to manual and then back to auto. My only other options are mask, run mask fit, run warmup and airplane mode.

Is there some other place to access this menu or return to factory defaul setting?

Nevermind. I found the clinical menu.

It didn’t work.
