I have attached my January 1 data (I am staying with that date just to keep everything on the same date)

my AHIs go as high as (about) 20! :(

Help would be appreciated !!!!
thanks for sticking to this thread, despite all the clowning around by me and others. it helps when a new person stays in one place so the experts here can see what's going on rather than chasing down posts.

that said, i'm with jnk. why do you have your machine at a fixed pressure? if you change it over to apap, you have a better chance of controlling all of those events. as it is, your machine can't go to higher pressure to alleviate the symptoms.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

I'm no good at reading squiggly lines, myself. But it seems to me that "Fixed 11" ain't fixin' much. May need more pressure
You are reading those squiggly lines correctly.
Fixed 11 isn't fixing stuff well enough during some parts of the night...other parts it does okay.
Probably related to REM or supine sleeping or maybe both.

Definitely there is a need for more pressure...maybe apap mode with a range...for sure if someone is sticking with fixed mode...more pressure all night long.
How much more.....dunno at this point. Probably at least 2 cm more if fixed...maybe more.
And for the AHI nights of 20 and assuming primarily OAs and hyponeas...maybe a LOT more.

APAP mode is needed here to see what the machine wants to do and then decide what to use...fixed or continue with auto mode and at whatever pressures are to be determined.

My old provider in the practice I go to wasn't much help - he wouldn't even read an SD card.....
But I am stuck as he is the only Neurologist my insurance covers for about 100 miles around me!
I have a visit with a provider in that practice that was good in the past .... maybe??

I just change to AutoSet - I didn't realize it was in CPAP mode - That's the reason to pick the autoset over the others - right? I'll give it a while and see what happens!

Another stupid thing resmed did - Date/Time is in the clinical setup. Don't a lot (if not most in the US) have time changes - a normal user who does not use sleepyhead, or know how to get into clinical setup can't change the time.

You guys are great!

Hey...did you know at least you have a clock you can change. Respironics users don't even have that. no matter about the clinical setup menu...it's just nowhere to change. All done internally at the factory and all machines set to GMT time...any clock adjustments are done with Respironics software reporting parameters.

And to be fair...X amount of hours of use is X amount of hours of use even if the clock is set wrong....it doesn't really change the overall data.

Change your machine to auto mode...set the minimum to 10 cm and the max to 20...and let's see what happens. Use EPR if you wish at whatever setting is comfortable. Should it maybe create an unusual situation...deal with it if/when it happens.
This isn't rocket science and I don't see you having any unusual situations coming up that you can't handle by yourself with a little guidance from people here with experience.

That's a long time ago, but.. whatever.

I *am* pretty good at reading squiggly lines (you should see my handwriting).. and what I see agrees with JNK's assessment, your pressure is too low.

you've got a great machine, but it's not allowed to do anything to help you.

Set it to auto mode, min pressure 10, max 20, and see how much better it gets.

Also, lose the AHI chart, it's probably the most useless one there, I never want to see it, it just makes the other charts too squished. you can get rid of snores too, you don't have that much going on. increase the size of the rest of the charts, *except* flags, it can stay squished.
