Thanks (crossing fingers) my nose is somewhat plugged because I've been on the floor comforting the dogs. Idiots in my neighborhood shooting off fireworks.

Looks damn good. I would gladly take that report any day of the week.
How did you sleep?

Better by a long shot! I didn't ask the most important question - did you sleep well?

Pretty good but I was super tired from not sleeping the night before. It seems promising. The f-30 is probably going back to the dme I just can't get it adjusted.

I had the same problem with the F30. It would seal for a night or two, then start leaking. I tried it for almost 30 days, but could never get it to seal for several nights in a row.

Exactly. You think you have it then the next night is terrible. It's too bad. It is, in my opinion, far more comfortable that the dreamwear.

Interesting. For me, the dreamware FFM was hands down the most comfortable. I liked everything about it. Except I couldn't get it to stop leaking. Just goes to show ya - YMMV on mask advice. :D

I figure, any time the obstructives + hypos are under 1.5, it's good.

Masks really do seem to be a personal prefrence. I was just saying in the other thread how much I disliked the dreamwear.

Thank all of you for encouraging me to try different ones and especially Okie Bipap and Pugsy for sending me different things to try!

Last nights data. Large leaks but the numbers look good. Two nights of sleep in a row! Yay.

I think I have finally found my mask. :D

If you slept through that one big leak segment...I would just shrug my shoulders and move on.
It barely went above 30 L/min and still well within the area where the machine can still respond, record and do its job well.
I don't even bat an eye until I see leaks up near 40 L/min and then only if they are very prolonged.
One 30 minute episode...even at 40 L/min ...if I slept through it...I wouldn't worry about.

Man, I love it....another nasal interface mask convert in progress.
I do wish I had been able to send you a decent nasal pillow mask to try but I think I sent you the Opus because that's all I had available.
There are much better/more comfortable pillow masks out there than the Opus IMHO. The headgear sucks on the Opus and the pillows aren't the softest.

At some point I want to talk about lowering your minimum EPAP and little and see what happens.
I don't think you are going to need as much pressure with the nasal mask as you needed with the full face mask.
Quite common to see that happen....and might be kinda nice to use a little less.

The nose prong things didn't work you sent me all 3 sizes and air just came out around all of them. I really like the N-20 it is comfy and stays in place. I have one trade in on my f-30 so if you have a suggestion, I am willing to try.

Yes I slept through the leak and yes I am more than willing
To try lowering pressure. Lol. Should I wait a few days or put it to 9 tonight ?
