Looks like it has improved your ability to sleep. It is still a bit high for best sleep quality, You are basically being disturbed 3 times an hour. A lot of people feel a noticeable difference if they are below 2 vs above 2. Many of us under 2, usually under 1.
Your graph is showing your pressure at 7 most of the night. It wants to go higher to prevent those events. I would give it an 8 and see how it does. That may be enough to keep you under 2 (or under 1) and not have any problems.
Can't fall asleep with cpap anymore. Please help.
