My Mask Won!!!

Post by Rabid1 » Mon Jan 22, 2007 4:49 pm

After sporting facial hair for at least the past 25 years, yesterday I became a clean-shaven man!

Bottom line:

My masks (I tried 4) all felt much more comfortable & stable, and I look 5 years younger

For my brother hoseheads with beards, that may be on the fence about shaving, I say GO 4 IT!!!!

Wake me up when this is over...

I have an image in my mind of Macaulay Culkin (Kevin) in Home Alone slapping his cheeks after putting aftershave on his face.

Best wishes,

I'll soon be 51 and have had a full beard since high school. I'm afraid that no one would recognize me with a clean shaven face. And the thought of dragging a razor over that untouched skin.....OUCH!

I think I'll stick to nasal pillows and facial hair, today.

Each year I start growing a beard the day after the last game of the world series and start shaving again on opening day. Been doing that since '94 - the strike year, when I said "I'm not shaving until they start playing baseball again." How was I supposed to know they'd cancel the whole season?

I'm about two inches taller than my hair. Barbers what WAY too much money to work on a baldheaded man. Clippers are $20 at walmart and every girl friend or wife I've had for the last 20 years has cut my hair. I trim my beard myself.
