So I wanted to do everything right to make this cpap experience as positive as I can so I will use it regulary. I got a Papillow and have tried using it for two nights. I love the firmness of the pillow, but I can't seem to get my hose to hang over the sides right. I went to the website to look at pictures so I could see how to use it again, and I don't think my head hits the pillow like the pictures show. I went back to using my old bed pillow which has more give and my swift and my hose just nestled right in. I will try a few more times and if I don't succeed, will have an almost Pillow for sale.

Cab,
I hope you can make it work. If you are comfortable with your existing pillow that is also good.
I wonder if they are intended for nasal masks more then nasal pillows? The width of the area where the face goes seems to wide for a hose of the nasal pillow to hang from.
I am thinking of getting one. Not sure about the 4 1/2 inch height though. If you do decide to sell it PM.

cabhoney, this may not have any bearing on the specific hose placement problem you're talking about, but here's a link to ways to route a main hose upwards and out of the way:

And a link to a "fix" for putting the Swift connector hose in front:
