Oh no, you have exposed yourself numerous times as a libtard. Calling others "libtard" is a cover that did not work long at all.xxyzx wrote:i do not depend on the govt for anything

Hi Julie and all those other kind posts.Julie wrote:Hi, glad you did get a good night. Well, I think it's possible that your natural body clock likes going to bed later, at a more 'normal' time for most, though whether it's the whole answer to last night remains to be seen. What else happened that day or evening, possibly less stress than usual, we obviously can't say, unless your weather changed in some way (cooler?). But one night is one night... why not see if it repeats (go to bed later if at all possible too) though I can't tell you not to use your machine. I think it would be smarter to use Sleepyhead to see what's what, though obviously you need to be on the machine to do that, but you'll at least get a comprehensive picture of all features involved.
I have been so busy with job and getting ready for vacations could not fine any time to write.
Have no intentions to stop XPAP. I was just so surprised by that good night sleep that I had to write it down...
So here some update. Reproducible ? no, not really. But something mast have happened It was not the first time I slept without XPAP but never really better or worth than with XPAP. Feeling happy and in a great mood, yes! One of my highs, not smoking any carpet have even restarted annoying people with my corny stupid jokes
Here some data using my Rolls-Royce in CPAP mode pressure 4. AHI 8.5 A 6.3 H 2.2 these are expected CPAP 4 data.

Sorry for not showing SleepyHead data. Just crushed it, uploading data without any graphics and stuck in some fonctions. Cannot exit it the normal way either.
My sleep study showed AHI of 39, mostly OA and H. On CPAP I have a 4 to 5 fold reduction and OA's changed to CA's like here in Sept 2016

So, what happened on the night 6 to 7 of July One odd thing that I only noticed Sunday the 9th evening was that my WiFi at home was turned off !!! My wife must have turned it off on the 5th when we left for Geneva as she and the kids needed to catch a plane on the 6th. So, could it be the WiFi ??? or is it that my wife and kids are gone.
Any one heard or noticed WiFi sleep disruption ?
