My Encore Reports

Post by RachelM » Sat Nov 04, 2006 12:39 pm

Have just set up MyEncore and have the card reader up and going. After downloading from card, I was surprised at the reports. Shouldn't there be more than 3 pages? I have usage hours, daily pressures, patterns of use, and compliance summary. Thought there would be about 13 pages of reports. Help please?

That got me too when I first used the software
When you get to the report options box, make sure you select Full Details.
It's set at Summary as a default, which just gives you the 3 pager, so you need to select Full Details every time.

3 pages for a single night's data, with 7 or more days data you get 13 page report.

Learn to use EncorePro before MyEncore, if not you will encounter problems.

I should be able to find the report options box but can't seem to get into it. Help me find it.

Don't know about "MyEncore", as I don't use that. But with Encore Pro, you will see more details than what you described, IF you click "Full Details" instead of leaving the default of "Summary" ticked -- after you doubleclick the download you want to look at.

A step-by-step how-to post, for seeing detailed data in Encore Pro, is at this clickable link:
