SelfSeeker,
How often do you download? If you download daily or less than 6 days, it should just be a continuous "string" of compliance information. The Encore Pro reports will ONLY show seven nights of detailed reports, but the information regarding hours slept each night and some of the other data in the first few pages....will be there....as long as you can keep it going.

Encore:missing Saturday,can't delete,machine can't read card
I was downloading every morning, until today. When I tried to download this morning, it seemed to go fine, but there was no new detailed data available in Encore. It did show the compliance data for last night (hours on the hose) , but not the detailed graphs, etc., which ended with Friday night's data. This is what made me try to erase the card, which then landed me cardless, as far as I can tell.

Den,
I download after every session. I erase the card before Saturday night, so I do not lose data anymore. I have more the seven sessions before Saturday night, no problem with that.

If you're saving your daily reports in a .pdf file, I guess it doesn't really make a whole lot of difference whether you erase or not. It'll be there to look back at it.
I've been erasing, experimenting and shuffling cards and machines this last month, too.
