Does a heated hose stop water in mask?

Post by Malibu » Sat Sep 30, 2006 9:39 am

The air in the room is 72 but it still feels like cold air and that hurts my sinus/nasal areas. Doesn't seem to matter what the humidity is concerning the cold air feeling.

Question is does the aussie heated hose make the air warm enough that I could tell a difference and does it stop water in the mask?

I know it is suppose to stop water in the hose but my main concern is the mask, which gets kind of full on hh of 3.

Thanks,

Mard

I have my HH on 4. The Aussie hose keeps it nice and dry. I also didn't like the fact that my nose was freezing! The aussie hose keeps it nice and warm. I feel a very big difference in temp with the aussie hose, some may not feel as much temp difference.

Thanks for the quick response...

The other question now is did you order it from Australia or the place here in the USA in Ohio?

I also ordered from Australia.

Love my heated hose sooo much that I ordered one for my son-in-law and a spare for me.

Can't imagine treatment without a heated hose.

My son-in-law LOVES his heated hose!! He thinks I am so clever. And I learned all about them here on this board.

.

My order came in about 5 days directly from Australia.

Thanks for all responses!!!

Did everyones hose come with a postmark from Australia, or Ohio, is I guess what I was trying to ask.

119 from Austalia including postage, 129 and 5 shipping from Ohio, but it would make sense to have Austalia e-mail Ohio and say ship this out to the USA people.

Just wondering, either way I am ordering one today...

Later,

Marc

Mine was shipped from australia. With the current exchange rate it came to $116.50. It's $155 in AU dollars. Took about 5 days to get here(NY) came air mail. You can even get different color covers for it.
