Just a thought, but you might get better response if you gave more specifics, like how long a cruise, sailing out of where, what destination, that sort of thing.

I'm sure as a non-CPAP user (or let's say a 100% non-compliant CPAP user), I'm probably not your target audience, but if I were, I'd find it much easier to commit one way or the other if I knew where and when we were talking about, and what kind of costs I was looking at.

Just a thought,

Liam, cheap bastard.

I'm a newbie hosehead but I'd love to do the cruise..... a midnight ball in pajamas and full head gear sounds like fun......count me in.

Would be great depending on dates and the cost. Cruises are the best!

Liam (and others),

As Earl has explained, we are trying to get an idea first of how many people are interested, when they would want to go, what type of trip, etc. Then we will be in a better position to offer more concrete ideas.

So, Liam, are you interested if the timing and ideas are right? Please offer any insight into this you feel you'd like. The more ideas and opinions we can get together, the better the reality of this happening will become.

Please PM either Rock & Roll or Sleepless on LI and give us your input. I think this will be great if we really can get this together.

Again,

We need to establish interest and where the group would like to go, what port, when, and how long and then I can find the cruise or resort and the pricing. I would like to do this with a short survey I can email each of you. Let's start over here. Please email to randrtravel@mac.com and I will email back a 7 question survey so we can establish what we want to do.

It looks like we are really going to do this, I look forward to some RandR with you guys!

Funny!! LOL!! Wish I could be there...I'm sure it would be fun.

Can't come along, but maybe I can send you all a bon voyage box full of brandnew, pre-cut pantyhose legs! For mask emergencies at sea.

That's not even funny, you "can't" come along. Is this open for discussion?

"Can't" because my kennel business keeps me at home taking care of other people's pets when they are on vacation.

Send your pets here and I'll take good care of them while you're gone. I promise not to use them as lab rats to try out modified masks!

Seriously, dog boarding is a full time job. I enjoy it thoroughly, but this kind of business means I rarely can make plans to be away for extended periods. I've already scheduled a trip the first of the year. That will have to be my only vacation in 2007.

You all will have a blast. I'll certainly look forward to reading a Mike Moran account of the festivities.

I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say, you WILL be missed! But it's a kind thing you do for others and their "babies." I'm sure your ears will be burning.

Oh come now, RG, think outside the box for once.

Think of those poor poochies. Always left behind while the FAMILY gets to enjoy a nice vacation. Wouldn't it be fun for them all to come along? Enjoy a nice cruise? Make life even worse for those who have pet-dander-induced apnea?

OK, so I guess your excusing yourself is justified.

Still, so far those interested in going seem not to be terribly many of those whom I remember from my CPAP days, (or is it just that my memory has been so badly affected by hypoxia)...

Liam, whose bonnie lies on this side of the ocean.
