Sleep Apnea exercises(you tube)

Post by Cannuck 1 » Thu Dec 31, 2015 10:46 am

I was looking up some information and came across this video, any one doing these exercises to improve their Apnea.
They seem like easy exercises to do.

They can help with mild apnea BUT this kind of thing must be done daily with diligence.

Possibly worth a shot but don't pin all your hopes on these exercises.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I agree, it might help folks also who can not get things under control on high AHI and are using a machine, it might improve sleep.

Sounds better than five or six hours a day on the didge; leastways a lot quieter.

Best exercise is stretching out your arms and putting on your mask every night.
