One thing you will want is the clinical manual. You can go to here http://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-p ... tup-manual , scroll to the bottom and follow the instructions to get the manual by email for the Respironics PR System One 60 Series REMstar Auto with A-flex.

Your welcome.

I am including everything you could possably need and then some lol.

I'll throw in a nasal mask as you mentioned, a Full face so you have it, some extra filters for this PR System One as each machine has there own filters. This one has two actually. A thicker foam one, and thinner white one that goes behind the white one. A Hose and a hose cover

Go grab yourself the Clinical Manual for this machine

http://www.apneaboard.com/pr-system-one ... structions ( shows you in pictures how to get into the set-up)

well request it here I think is the link - http://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-p ... tup-manual

Oh, I'm slow and can never beat Pugsy but I always believe the more responses the better to reinforce the information.

You will need distilled water, for the humidifier.- a gallon lasts me about a month.
Baby wipes and a gentle soap (Johnsons Baby shampoo, Ivory) with no alcohol, no antibacterial, no lotion added, to clean the mask.

After you have picked a mask, they make mask liners and pads that add to comfort and reduce leaks. http://www.padacheek.com is a good vendor for these.

You will want to control the long hose. You can drape it over the headboard. Others use Hose hangers you can buy online. (the hose buddy and Cozyhoze boss are 2)

Hmm, no headboard...I'll have to figure out that one I suppose and more probably will come up, but excited to begin the journey.

Amazing....I have been using a CPAP for 8 years and never knew that I needed a mask liner and a hose hanger. Amazing that I got this far without them.....that was being sarcastic . I believe that a new user should start out with the basics and only add additional items if they have a problem.
Distilled water and some type of mask wipe is necessary...many other items are available IF specific problems arise.

You can get one of those 3M command hooks to put on the wall behind your bed, and a bungee cord to go to your hose. It really helped me to have the cord running up behind my head.
