Thanks, but I understand where people are coming from with the "no bantering, joking" idea. Yes, Bonnie, I 100% agree that the comaraderie here is essential and one of the things that makes people come back to this site as opposed to a cold, factual type of site. But if all someone does is joke around and not give advice or helpful opinions/insight, then I think we go to that area they're talking about.

I would pray that out of my 3700+ posts, that some of them are looked at as if they were helpful and not my personality poking through ALL the time. I mean, I joked around further up this thread about all those requirements listed letting me out of the running. Yes, I like a little levity. But I would hope I wasn't included in that group of people who only do joke and banter. I hope somewhere along the way I've helped others if not with the most scientific of ideas, with my own homemade and support/encouragement when someone may have needed it.

But I do agree with you about the necessity of the really personal touch this site has which we can attribute to the types of humorous postings we do get. I thank God for it.
