close enough, though if you click on 'large thumbnail' then pick the bottom link for 'linked bbcod' it looks a bit better.

but, it's better to have a too large pic that we can right click on and view the whole thing, than to have a shrunk down too small unreadable pic.

also, remember, you can click 'preview' to see how it'll look before hitting submit

the chart looks pretty good, it'd be better if you clicked the little ^ by the date to turn off the calendar.

maybe a little more pressure would tame the hypopneas.

Here is last night and I had upped the pressure from the other one when he stopped breathing.

well, uhm... I'm not seeing anything jumping out at me indicating a problem, hopefully someone else can spot something I'm missing.

he's got some centrals in there, but not a lot, if it were anybody elses chart, I'd probably say "things look pretty good" but I don't want to dismiss your concerns.

Thanks for your help in getting the right picture; hope it is right anyway. Could you tell me why his flow rate is so low?

I'm afraid I can't. his minute vent and tidal volume on that last one look pretty low, but I don't know what is normal for him.

a couple of shots of the overview pages might be helpful, showing ahi, minute vent, and tidal volume.

I had help tonight and now I will be on my own to try to post something but I will work on getting the overview pages on. (it is hard to teach this old dog new tricks) But I am excited to be learning as I have wanted for months to ask different questions and couldn't get the charts posted. There is so much potential info to learn from on this forum. Thanks for the help last night when I was soooo discouraged and perplexed trying to post something and couldn't even sign in!

I'll be up for a while and happy to help where I can. Just post whatever questions you have as you go along.

my first question is why the difference in the size of the flow rate? Is that the amount of each breath? Does that mean he is barely breathing in the early morning hours on that last chart?

Can you zoom in on that part of the graph, say stretch out that hour between 5 and 6 a.m.? To zoom in, position your cursor over the part of the graph you want to zoom in on, and click -- each click zooms in a little more. Then post a screenshot of that close-up. I don't know what the irregularities mean, I'm hoping the close-up images might hold more clues.

I'll leave it up to more experienced people to interpret what the data means, and just say "well done!" on the screen shot

jannicatt, I'm afraid I don't know what this means either. I've posted a request for more help with this.

So I have a question.

How the heck did Total Leak get to ~56 LPM?

No mask does that, even at 14.0 cmH2O:

jannicatt, Morbius has some feedback here -- don't hesitate to ask him to explain
