Go back to your user control panel and board preferences and click on the email notifications again and make sure you click submit.

Yep.... I clicked all the right radio knobs, but never hit submit. It looks like it is working now. Thanks

I'm guessing for those astute in the intricacies of the wave forms etc of machine data might be able to see if there are breathing changes that are rhythmic. If one uses an overnight recording pulse oximeter, one might also see some indicators in pulse and BP changes. I, however, have not a clue how to accomplish all that.

I use a Contec CMS-60D. It is not the wrist watch type, but they refer to it as a hand held. I saw a review on here and the OP paid $249. I bought mine new on eBay for $90. It can record for 24 hours, so they say. My recording is typically 7-8 hours and I download the data to my laptop thru their included software. I safety pin the unit to the pocket of a pocket t-shirt and wrap a piece of tape around the wire on my finger. My experience has been pretty good.

About reading graphs, it is all over the board for me. One of the reasons is because of the inconsistencies of sleep, for whatever the reason.

The Contec 60 gives the data for O2 and Pulse rate, but not BP...... 8)

After 195 days, this may be my best night for fewest events. I blew up the PB and did not really see anything significant. Maybe the small/sudden mask leak had something to do with it. The last 5 nights I have slept all the way through, even as long as 8 hours. I think I still have some nocturnal periodic limb movement to deal with, but it looks like there is hope. I feel good this morning :D
