I'm doing better! Still have bouts of daytime sleepiness and cognitive decline -- as if my brain is on a low battery. Insomnia is much improved. In response to a previous question, I am not on any medications.
Raised the minimum pressure to see if that might reduce hypopneas. From 5.0-10.0, I went 6.0-9.0, and now 6.4-8.4. Started lowering the maximum pressure because I wondered if I might be one of those folks experiencing micro-arousals due to pressure adjustments. Also read threads about flow limitations driving up pressure, and I'm not sure that I'm benefiting from increased pressure: there was one night with a median pressure of 8.5 with 8 CA's, 0 OA's, and 0 H's...
