USPS tracking numbers are misleading. Most of the time with First Class or Priority Mail there is a scan when the item enters the system, and another when it is delivered. At no time in between can you check the tracking and be sure that what you see is correct.

Only with Registered Mail is tracking recorded and accurate at each phase of the journey.

In my own experience with cpap.com, I always select USPS and receive my items in 2-3 days from TX to CT, which is quite impressive. If I were ordering an urgent item, I would select overnight delivery with a courier like FedEx and happily pay for it.
