Waiting for "the eagle" to land is frustrating when we have come to expect instant gratification in all things.
Patience is hard.

I'm patient. I want it all, and I want it last week.

A couple years I sent something by Priority Mail from MN to NYC; it never arrived there although the tracking said "delivered"... I sent her another one, which she received in a timely fashion. Two weeks later, the first "delivered" item arrived back in my mailbox. It had been delivered to DC... go figure! The delay of your item might not have anything to do with cpap.com, so I'd suggest giving it a few more days. Everything I've ordered from them has always arrived within 5 weekdays.

I ordered some filters and stuff on Feb 1 which was a Sunday. When I check the tracking on the package it said I was to receive on Thursday the 5th.. I actually got the stuff on Wednesday the 4th.

Sorry for you issue..

I've had stuff go into postal limbo for days 3 miles from me any number of times Definitely a general issue with USPS. Interestingly, I've noticed that they NEVER screw around with Amazon Prime - where I am, they even deliver those on SUNDAYS . I really think that how USPS services your deliveries depends upon what deals the seller may or may not have cut with them - and if you're not huge like Amazon, good luck with that.

I sent a birthday present to my grandson last year in North Carolina but first it went to northern Maine and then back to North Carolina, good ole USPS. It's not CPAP.com's fault what happens in the USPS system, I agree with Pale Rider you should change the title of this thread and your first post.

Used to be you could check the mail a couple of times a day, now you have to check the door every time you hear a drone. (Drones carrying 45 pound microwaves are pretty loud.) Jim

I've had two UPS packages delivered to other addresses, one a completely random house about 2 miles away AFTER we gave the driver directions on the phone. The recipient saw the phone number on the package and called me. Another package made it all the way to my city, then sent back as address not found even though I got two other packages the same week.

Recently, we got an amazon order on a sunday, which we didn't expect, but we didn't find it until monday since we didn't know to check the mailbox on sunday. Weird.

The worst was a package that sat at the post office for 3 weeks because a substitute didn't want to deliver it to the house, and didn't bother to leave a notice. I even went to the post office and asked if my package was there. They insisted that it could not be since I never received a slip. Then after another week, I got a final notice slip. Umm?? I was asking for that package.

Oh, and a local office store listed my package is undelivered as nobody was home, yet 3 people were home all day. No way they knocked or rang the doorbell. The dog alarm would have gone off.

Sometimes, the shipping services are a real mess.

I love our dog alarm. Only occasionally is it stymied...like the night I found the delivery guy INSIDE the fenced in part of the back yard...he's lucky the dogs didn't see him first.

If I am not on the main floor, I can't hear knocking, and if the tv is on, I can't always hear the doorbell. But I can sure hear two shelties! They take their announcement job very seriously. Although...sometimes the one dog announces a stray mosquito flying through the yard.

If the dogs suddenly go nuts, I know to check the door.

Oh, one hilarious time. I woke up to the dog barking like crazy. I get to the living room, and the dog is still barking, but I don't see her anywhere. I open the front door, and there is my mom WITH the dog! She locked her keys in the car, so she rang the doorbell. But the dog could see who was there and still barking. She's not the brightest.

Fwiw, I sent an inquiry email early this morning to find out if the order is still sitting or on the way...I got a response, including "however, due to the holidays and the USPS recently closing an office in Houston, they are a little slow with scanning and updating their tracking information. ".
So...question asked, question answered. Dunno why they would be slower on answering anyone else's...unless they just KNOW that I'm short bus special and not to be trifled with?
