I've never had any trouble with them. There are going to be days that no matter how hard you try, you're going to be on the Jiffy-Johnny list. Like the saying: "Some days you're the bug; Some days you're the windshield."

Yeah I have called and emailed... without an explanation or care showed.

I totally understand everyone has off days. But come on last few times I have ordered? I used to praise them all the time for lightning fast shipping. My wife was amazed at how fast it would arrive. I ordered a mask part Feb 10th at 4am when I awoke to it being broken.... here it is the 12th @ 6pm and tracking still shows it in a Houston Tx post office near Stratford from where the warehouse is..... Makes no sense with it being 3 hours away.

Shippers have their problems too, especially when winter happens.
You don't even have to be near the snow--ripples go very far.
We don't even want to think about the cluster on the West coast.
Anything being imported (or exported) isn't.

actually...I ordered a part early yesterday morning (like before they even probably rolled out of bed and went to work), and it's still showing "Pre-shipment" as status. I've ordered several times before this, and it always went out quick like a bunny. I'm HOPING that it's just USPS way of ignoring the status updates, and it shows up by the time I get home on Saturday.
Yeah...that whole "where the F*** is the VPAP???" thing for a week or so was REALLY overrated... (NOT a CPAP.com purchase)

And I KNOW that storms have rolled through, and some roads are sketchy (I-80 through Indiana this morning had tons of lake effect snow squalls), but it would be nice to see SOME movement. I still cut some slack for CPAP.com...for now.

Are you kidding me???
You're bitching about CPAP.COM when it's probably the fault of the USPS???
And, that isn't all that long, anyway. Out here in this corner of Wyoming, it's hard telling where the mail goes before it comes back to the same or nearby town.

Good grief! You've got nothing to bitch about regarding CPAP.COM! Don't cut yourself short.......buy several things at a time so you're not without.

Post Office, that splains it Lucy, one of the horses went lame, and the rider w a S bitten by a rattlesnake. What's really bad some companies use U.P.S, and then use the Post Office to deliver. I ordered a microwave from NewEgg last week, they shipped UPS, it arrived in my city in 11 hours, then set 3 days in the Post Office awaiting the house and rider to deliver. We want the cheapest prices, but that comes with a cost, time. Jim

Tackle the mailman and demand Vaseline to go with the screwing.
