How To Save Popped MW Popcorn?

Post by ChicagoGranny » Sat Nov 29, 2014 9:13 am

It's always bad the next day. Any solution?

Warm it up in the crock pot. It works for stale crackers.

Not too much help, but I read somewhere that it's much better for you to get real popcorn and pop it in Coconut Oil, and I did mine in the electric skillet - easy peasy except for a little cleanup, and delish.

Don't buy it don't eat it. I know it's convenient, but notsafe to eat. Buy a hot air popper, no muss no fuss, while not as tasteful, that can be cured by melting real butter un that microwave, mixing it in, add popcorn salt, your meal is ready, very little cleanup required. Store in sealed bowl, like tupperware. Jim

a low oven should dry it out... same thing works on stale tortilla chips.

next time, dump the leftovers in a ziplock, or other airtight container and it should be much better the next day.

This title should have an "OT" in front of it?

Next time you consider buying microwave popcorn, read the ingredients list, but do it near a bucket.
You might need it!

If it's got some butter or oil on it, dust it with Parmesan and spread it on top of a bowl of tomato, vegetable or french onion soup. YUM... better than croutons. As a low-cal alternative you can sprinkle it with smoked paprika powder, usually available in most supermarkets or specialty stores.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
