Thanks, Julie -- I do intend to give another go. Despite what "Den" thinks, I have been in customer service a LONG time and have also owned my own business. That may be why I was *so* shocked by the non-service I received today. I have bent WAY over backwards for my own customers so expect at the very least some respect when I am the customer. Do try to reach Johnny or Carolyn tho', because something does sound cockeyed there... not at all the usual 'service'. Maybe someone was filling in vacation-wise for a regular and you just got stuck with ignorance. Give them a chance to fix it.
